I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms lacked some basic amenities like a kettle and had a disappointing view from the enclosed balcony. However, the staff's kindness made up for it, even though the quality was more towards a low 3-star than a 4-star. The hotel allowed for a nice leisurely stay post-check-out, which was a bonus.
